Pierce Mountain Realty was established in 2019 to help our customers buy, sell and lease commercial real estate and land in the State of West Virginia. After years of running a successful real estate brokerage in Florida it was time to offer the same high quality commercial real estate services in the mountain State of West Virginia. Take me home country roads!
Ken Pierce is a graduate of Marshall University Class of 1991, the former Director of the West Virginia European Trade Office and a retired US Army Reserve Officer with over 13 years of active duty experience with overseas service in Germany, Iraq, Kuwait and Qatar! Ken has been married to Teresa from Glen Ferris West Virginia for over 23 years.
Pierce Mountain Realty is registered and licensed to do business in the State of West Virginia. Pierce Mountain Realty is the West Virginia Trade Name for Pierce Florida Realty LLC which is a VA CVE Certified “Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business” (SDVOSB).

Ken Pierce is one of only a few CCIM Designees doing business in the State of West Virginia. CCIM stands for Certified Commercial Investment Member. CCIM Designees are recognized as leading experts and professionals in the commercial real estate industry. Above all, the CCIM designation represents proven expertise in financial, market, and investment analysis, in addition to negotiation.
As a former official at the West Virginia Development Office from 1997 to 2001, Ken opened the West Virginia European Trade Office in Munich Germany and represented the State of West Virginia in Europe. He traveled extensively throughout West Virginia and Western Europe meeting with small and large multinational companies assisting them to expand or grow in West Virginia.
After 28 years of both active duty and reserve service in the US Army with multiple combat deployments, Ken successfully transitioned from a military career to the commercial real estate industry as Broker – Owner. When you want to work with the best – hire a veteran!
